As promised, here are the steps to take when you are feeling abbreviated:

  1. Stand up.
  2. Stretch so you become bigger and taller.  Arms up, tip of your fingers reaching for the sky.
  3. Amplify your mouth and jaw: open widely, make quirky faces. Yawn if you feel like it.
  4. Breath deeply to amplify your lungs and chest.
  5. Move your new amplified body: take a walk. Always keeping your body amplified, open shoulders, head up and looking far ahead.
  6. Walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Stop. The new You is already within you and it’s only going to get bigger.
  8. Keep on breathing, filling your chest with new air.
  9. Smile, you are on your path to strengthening yourself.
  10. Decide what you want to do next.

The effects multiply as you repeat the technique so do it every day.

This is how I turned from abbreviated Felipe with only three paws to Amplified Tripawd Felipe. I hope that you don’t feel abbreviated and you don’t have to use this technique, but if you do I am sure it will help.
