As promised, here are the steps to take when you are feeling abbreviated:
- Stand up.
- Stretch so you become bigger and taller. Arms up, tip of your fingers reaching for the sky.
- Amplify your mouth and jaw: open widely, make quirky faces. Yawn if you feel like it.
- Breath deeply to amplify your lungs and chest.
- Move your new amplified body: take a walk. Always keeping your body amplified, open shoulders, head up and looking far ahead.
- Walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes.
- Stop. The new You is already within you and it’s only going to get bigger.
- Keep on breathing, filling your chest with new air.
- Smile, you are on your path to strengthening yourself.
- Decide what you want to do next.
The effects multiply as you repeat the technique so do it every day.
This is how I turned from abbreviated Felipe with only three paws to Amplified Tripawd Felipe. I hope that you don’t feel abbreviated and you don’t have to use this technique, but if you do I am sure it will help.
